Owner and Principal Agent
John Waff, the Agency Principal of Waff Family Insurance Agency, is married to Nikki with three adult children. Two have graduated from Radford University, and one is attending James Madison University. In John’s free time, he enjoys golfing, fishing, and spending time with his family. He has represented Rockingham Insurance for over 20 years.
